I call it the "autumn star bowl"! canonically I think the orange stars would be actual stars for starsnares on top of a cozy bed of cloudy mashed potatoes and roasted starliflower, I think it would be enjoyed as a side dish!
in reality it's just:
mashed potatoes (5-7 russet potatoes, 1/2 stick butter, 1/4 cup half n half, salt, pepper)
sweet potatoes cut into stars and roasted with olive oil, salt and pepper
cauliflower roasted with olive oil, salt and pepper
top with parmesan cheese and pepper to taste!
