SNARE-559: Eirik

Profile:

A person's dying wish- to become strong and earn the admiration and love of those he so desperately sought approval from. He had failed them, ever a disappointment from the get-go. Eirik was born, awaked to be given one duty: to guard the gates of a facility that held numerous malevolent spirits. He would keep them there, locked away and away from the living world to keep them from destroying everything.

Eirik learned very quickly that his magic was not strong enough to contain these creatures alone. Try as much as he did, it was always a feat if he could contain them and keep them at bay. He was easily overpowered, and it always felt like a losing battle... that is, until what he felt like was a guardian angel came upon him.

Themis. Themis- he introduced himself- had been sent in order to check up on the conditions of the facility. Noticing the rather dire circumstances- so dire that he noted that Eirik was quite weak and at risk of losing his life- Themis sprung to action. He did not know how to exact the magic to seal away the spirits, but with time, they combined their powers in order to seal away the spirits. Azem, who came along with Themis after learning of the threat, would subdue these creatures, allowing them to be more easily shackled.

The immediate threat to his life was neutralized, but ultimately the trio knew- something was weaking the bonds that normally kept these spirits at bay from within. Eirik was afraid, knowing his fellow wardens also were within and should be keeping the spirits at bay, but still... he would have to swallow his fears. His want to help his friends stronger than the fear, and with Themis at his side, he knew he could do it.

Personality: Eirik is a lot awkward and a big worry-wart. He has extremely low confidence in himself, but with what little confidence he does have, he puts towards caring for others. He's awkward, a bit weird, and overall a bit sad; but he means extremely well and only seeks approval from people he cares about. Emotional.
